We will provide all products, equipment and linens needed to provide a quality treatment, all you need is a space for us to set up a table. You are welcome to provide your own pillow if you'd like, but it's not necessary and does not affect the quality of your treatment. If you will be receiving a Hot Stones treatment, access to an electrical outlet is needed to keep the stones warmed.  


In general, it is only for treatments of specific injures that are covered by insurance when provided by registered therapists. Since this type of massage is not treating specific injuries nor am I registered to do so, no receipts for insurance purposes will be provided. General receipts only. 


100% yes. While it would absolutely be better if they were away or in bed (we have late appointments too!) as a mother of 5 myself I whole heartedly approve of children and pets to be present during your service. Keep in mind, child minding is not included with the treatment and interruptions can effect your ability to relax throughout the treatment.  


When it comes to massage there are a couple of reasons a person might choose one over the other. An RMT is registered with the local government to provide medical treatments that are injury/recovery specific and covered by your insurance provider, ICBC or Worksafe. An Estheticians massage does not treat specific injuries and is a more spa like experience to enhance your emotional well being and is generally performed on a healthy (or non injured) persons body as a tool for rejuvenation by releasing muscle tension and invoking a deep state of relaxation. this type is not covered by your insurance provider but may be included in your employers health and wellness program.  


If you are feeling under the weather, we kindly ask that you give us 1 hour notice prior to your appointment time. Life happens, we can reschedule when you feel better. No biggie. 


Life happens! Sometimes circumstances change and appointment times don't line up with what we planned and that's ok. We kindly ask you to reschedule at least 1 hour before your appointment time. 

Appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled within an hour of start time, including unanswered confirmation calls will forfeit the deposit. If you do not answer the door, you forfeit the deposit. 

Deposits will be fully refunded if appointments are cancelled 24 hours in advance and 50% refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment start time up to one hour prior.
